Series 400 CentreGLAZE

Series 400 CentreGLAZE is a comprehensive 102 x 44mm centre-glazed shopfront framing system compatible with almost all AWS products. It incorporates a large variety of frame types and accessories, including nailing-fin frames, sliding door tracks and sub-frames, and accepts Series 50-52 for high strength hinged and pivot doors. All sills feature a built-in sump for effective water drainage and both framing and doors can be double glazed with up to 34mm Insulating Glass Units (IGUs).

Series 80 Offset Narrow Framing

Series 80 is an 80 x 44mm offset-glazed shopfront framing system designed to complement Series 400 CentreGLAZE. It accepts a large range of Series 400 accessories, including Series 50-52 doors, and can be double glazed with up to 34mm IGUs.

Series 600 Offset Wide Framing

Series 600 is a 150 x 44mm offset-glazed shopfront framing system with additional central framing screw ports and optional interlocking mullions to support the weight of heavy glass panels. It accepts many Series 400 accessories, including Series 50-52 doors, and can be double glazed with up to 34mm IGUs.

Series 424 Double Glazed CentreGLAZE

Designed specifically for double glazing, Series 424 CentreGLAZE 102 x 50mm framing features a deep pocket suitable for 24mm IGUs. It accepts a range of Series 400 accessories, including Series 52 doors. For added versatility, an optional spandrel adaptor reduces the pocket to suit single glazing up to 10.38mm.

Series 620 CentreGLAZE

Designed for single glazing with thick glass, Series 620 CentreGLAZE is a 150 x 50mm centre-glazed framing system with a large pocket to accept single glazing up to 13.52mm. Additional framing screw ports, increased wall thicknesses and optional interlocking mullions ensure the extra weight of heavy glass panels is fully supported.

Series 406 & 606 FrontGLAZE

Series 406 and 606 FrontGLAZE are 102 x 50mm and 150 x 50mm front-glazed framing systems with a range of high strength mullions and transoms to support large glass panels in exposed locations. All transoms feature a built-in drip groove with concealed drainage holes for effective water drainage with a clean front finish. Water resistance has been successfully tested up to 600Pa.

Series 407 & 607 FACELINE

Series 407 and 607 FACELINE are 102 x 50mm and 150 x 50mm framing systems with glass close to the external edge and full-width pocketed perimeter frames to accept sub-frames on all four sides. A variety of mullions and transoms are proven suitable for highly exposed locations, with water resistance successfully tested up to 600Pa. Designed for easy everyday maintenance, sashes can be hinged back into the room to clean the external face of the glass. High strength cam locks are made to an entirely new design, with a convenient lever activator and no sharp internal projections. A custom external flyscreen system nests into the window frame, secured with concealed nylon clips which bear no risk of corrosion. For maximum thermal efficiency, Series 463 sashes can be double glazed with up to 19mm IGUs.

Connected with stainless steel or nylon pulleys and superbraid cords, ClearVENT sashes support each other, sliding effortlessly along aluminium guides which fit into the perimeter frame. Custom external flyscreens nest into dedicated screen receptor channels with no unsightly gaps and are secured with concealed nylon clips to prevent rattling and corrosion. Series 464 windows are very simple to operate, fitted with a push button to latch sashes in the closed or open position. Series 466 Awning Window

Upmarket and versatile, Series 466 awning windows offer the ideal combination of controllable ventilation with a measure of rain protection. The wide, bold frames and sashes can be fabricated as awning, casement or fixed light windows, in almost any combination. Series 466 includes a large variety of sashes, supported by heavy duty four bar stays for secure, long-term operation. Custom polesium-body chain winders and wedgeless cam handles can be coloured to match the framing, while alternative fully-concealed electric winders allow easy operation of awning highlights. Designed around high performance Truth hardware, Series 467 supports very large awning/casement sashes which can be fitted with winders and flyscreens. With heavy duty Truth dual arm operators and multi-point latches, full height casement windows can be installed and opened to 90° for cleaning from inside the room. Series 50-52 50mm Doors

Significantly stronger than standard 45mm doors, Series 50-52 doors are ideal for oversize panels and compatible with almost all AWS frames. They incorporate a wide variety of design options, including French meeting stiles, wide stiles, four midrails and a range of glazing beads. Recessed glazing wedges and nested rails create a clean, professional finish with maximum weather resistance. For optimal thermal performance, Series 52 can be double glazed with up to 34mm IGUs.
